Royal Maitland Phase lll
Royal Maitland phase III will build on the previous award winning Royal Maitland I & II comprising of 288 sectional title units targeted at the GAP market.
The proposed development will comprise out of single, double and three storey buildings, each containing one, two and three bedroom units respectively. The same concept that includes landscaping, functional open spaces and laundry facilities, that has been proven successful in the past, will also be applied to Royal Maitland III.

Westcape
Morgens Village 3 ext
The precinct of Westcape follows on Morgen’s Village 3 and will entail a mix of institutional subsidy (341) and GAP houses (341).
Almost all of the plots face north in order to maximise sunlight energy. Combined with functional open space, this proposed development is aimed at providing a healthy living environment in close proximity to major transport routes and shopping facilities.

Morgens Village lll
Third Phase
The third phase of 341 Morgen’s Village institutional subsidy houses is very similar to the first two phases of Morgen’s Village. CTCHC is however continuously revising its house designs in order to be more durable and maintenance free, but also more economical and sustainable to the environment.
The houses entail pitched roofs, cavity walls and many other smaller changes, in order to provide an increasing better product to our clients.
Screening of beneficiaries has taken place at the initial stage of project. The project "Focus" was for people earning a gross income between R3 000 & R3 500 combined or single.
